The company was experiencing disparate HR systems across business units, which hindered data consistency and process standardization. At the same time, manual workflows and outdated technology inflated operational costs, and fragmented systems led to a frustrating employee experience. All this had to change given the ever-evolving energy landscape to harmonize the HR ecosystem orchestrated by a cloud-based solution.

Discovering the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular solution drives me to be the Solution Architect at E.ON. I previously worked as Senior Solution Architect at BNP Paribas.
I had joined Rolls Royce Power Systems in Digital Solutions as an Intern in data science project and the internship gave me the opportunity to learn on python programming and a good understanding of machine learning-based tools or processes within the company and later the internship turned into a full time job as Solution Architect and was leading the Big data platform and RPA journey.
Before joining Rolls Royce Power Systems in Digital Solution department, I worked as a Senior Consultant in IBM and Software Engineer in Oracle and found that I really enjoyed being a Techie but lack Business Management skill and that’s why I did my MBA at European Schools of Business, Reutlingen to study on the theory and application of business and management principles.
